The idea behind the activity is that each team must create a sizable oil painting under the supervision and direction of our master artist while working in groups of four to five persons. Working toward a common objective, cooperating, communicating, overcoming difficulties, and successfully managing time are just a few of the fundamental concepts this huge painting team-building project will build on.
Before the painting challenge begins, our creative master will go over the main goals with the groups, give them advice on how to collaborate to produce the best results, and offer painting styles, techniques, and ways that motion and colour may be used in modern art to depict ideas and feelings.

The paintings will be evaluated after your allotted time is up, and winners will be declared! The ultimate business incentive and team-building activity can also be planned for a BBQ or paella feast to be served after the exercise.
